Picture Collage Maker 2.0 is a nice and useful application that helps you create all types of artistic and entertaining digital photo collages, scrapbooks, greeting cards, picture-frame-size photos, canvas-size charts, wallpapers, post cards, book covers, photo albums, and more with the pictures in the hard drive of your computer. It has a nice looking interface with help tools to make it intuitive and easy to work with.
With this program you will be able to edit and create many types of layouts. It also lets you save your projects so you can print or edit them any time you want.
Photo Collage Maker lets you edit your images with many different effects such as, rotating, resizing, altering the overlay order, putting picture frames to it, adding shadows, clip arts, changing its positions, putting mask templates, effects, collage templates, layers, etc.
