Picture Collage Maker will let create beautiful collages from your photos. Its modern-looking interface is easy to use, and although it comes with nice colors, you will be able to change the color combinations by selecting one from the available skins.
Creating a collage will not require too much effort. There are two main ways to create your visual composition. If you are not very good at design, you can always use the available wizard, which will take you through all the necessary steps. Besides, you will also be able to use one of the available templates, or download some more from the application’s website. The other way may be a little more complex, yet not difficult either. This way, you will be creating different picture layers in a series of steps. It is advisable to follow the order suggested on the left panel: choosing a background, loading the desired photos, placing masks or frames on the pictures and adding your favorite clipart. Sadly, you will not be able to add your own clipart. At all times, you will be able to preview what the collage will look like. Right from this preview, you will be able to edit the elements by rotating, resizing and moving them. Unfortunately, there is no way to change the zoom. You should always remember to set the collage size and orientation before adding the elements because further changes will make them look distorted. However, this option is not easy to find as it is somewhat hidden in the Collage Panel Setting option from the menu. Finally, the application offers several ways to share your work. In this regard, the created collage can be printed, set as wallpaper, sent by e-mail or saved to disk.
In general, Picture Collage Maker is an easy-to-use application that creates incredible collages. In many respects, it is a lot better than other similar programs. Although the trial version will be fully operational for 15 days, it will leave watermarks on the resulting collages. Luckily, the price is quite affordable.
